From 14th to 15th February 2023, a meeting of ZKTeco’s Asia Strategic Expansion Outlook 2023 and Armatura Thailand Production Base Tour was successfully organized by ZKTeco’s subsidiary in Thailand for the management executives of ZKTeco’s various subsidiaries and the clients.
The tour was started with the lead by Swift Wu, General Manager of ZKTeco’s International Business Group, and his welcoming speech. Cloude Che, General Manager of ZKTeco’s Asia Business Group followed with a speech that depicted ZKTeco’s ambition of the business expansion in Asia.
The representatives of four subsidiaries then shared their experiences of management and business tactics which gave precious references to the colleagues. Gao Fei, Chief Executive Officer of the Smart City project and Mr.Krit Prapatechavasin, Sales Director of ZKTeco’s Thailand subsidiary presented the tactics of the expansion of market, the sales target, and the emphasis on customers’ needs.
Henry Cheng, Vice General Manager of ZKTeco’s 8th business groups shared his experience of the work plans under COVID-19, including work report and company policies by utilizing ZKTeco’s technologies, and the planned sales target to improve his team’s performance, and the intensification of employees’ welfare to achieve better work-life balance.
Rick Wu, Vice General Manager of ZKTeco’s Latin America Business Group, talked about his principle of “Happy Work”, which was about the focal point of employees’ happiness, and the key was providing balance between management and freedom, optimal enterprise culture, leisure and entertainment areas for team building and even the bonding between employees’ families. He also shared his thoughts of KPI ranking to reward his staffs by better evaluating and encouraging their contributions and outputs other than ranking.
Gustavo Molina, Chief Executive Officer of ZKTeco Chile, shared his management experiences and the business strategies, and focused on the equality and evaluation of performance of the entire team instead of individual performance. He also emphasized the importance of the welfare and team building in order to achieve good relations of personnel.
Swift Wu wrapped up the first day of the tour by summarizing the objectives of the tour as an exchange of thoughts of market expansion with Armatura’s products.
On the second day of the factory tour, members of Armatura gave a warm welcome to the management executives of the subsidiaries and clients in Armatura’s factory in Thailand.
Sakrawee Maneeprom, Production Manager lead the tour to a site visit from the production lines to the storage process, and explained the entire workflow of the factory.
The factory site visit was followed by a conference in the afternoon about Armatura’s status and strategies of its global supply chain. Mike Wang, President of Armatura’s Global Manufacturing had a summary and the future prospect of the factory in Thailand.
Raymond So, Marketing Director of Armatura, explained the strategies of Armatura’s branding and the global market, and presented Armatura’s products including Armatura Security Solution, Armatura One and Armatura Mobile Credential.
Clover Fang, Product Manager of Armatura, introduced the use and the features of Armatura software, and the solution and trial use for the guests. Simon Zhang Senior Product Manager of Armatura ID and Lane Zhong Product Manager of Armatura ID introduced the total biometric integration solution of Armatura.
Eli Lv, CEO of Armatura U.S.A., concluded with a speech of ZKTeco’s history. Swift Wu followed with a brief speech to the show the appreciation to the visitors and the support teams, and a group photo of Armature’s Thailand factory tour.
